Vending Location FAQs

  1. What happens if my machine gets kicked out or rejected by the store owner?
We endeavor to place the best locations possible but there will be times the location owner would change their mind and say no. Reasons for this are many; there is no space, do not like how the machine looks or changes their mind etc. That's human nature and not unusual in the vending location business. We understand this and offer a 45 day guarantee. If the location is rejected for any reason within 45 days of sending you the location, we will promptly find a replacement location. This happens and we honor this painlessly. It is included with our services.

  2. What if you cannot find anymore locations in the area I specified?
Your job is not considered finished until we have placed all the locations contracted for or simply cannot locate anymore machines in your specified area. In cases where there is "market saturation" we will ask for additional zip codes to locate.

  3. What if I do not want anymore locations? Do you refund unplaced locations?
We strive to give our vending customers the best possible service. For any reason that you want to take your business elsewhere we will promptly refund any locations that haven't been sent. Many vending machine locators hold on to your money even without delivering the service contracted for! Our reputation is worth a lot to us, and we know its good business to have a sterling reputation.

  4. Do you have in person location service?
Currently we do not have an in person locator service, we use telemarketing to find locations for you. An advantage of telemarketed locations is that we can contact much more businesses in your area than an in person locator can. We don't strong arm anyone to agree on a location, so you do get prime locations from willing store owners. Our locations are very price competitive to an in person locator service.

  5. What happens if my machine yields low amount of money, or a "poor" location.
We offer one free re-location for any reason. We can only offer one free relocation per original location to prevent abuse. We had one less than honest client who kept on calling the low yield warranty. We got suspicious so we asked a friend who lives in that area to check it out. What happened is that the dishonest client kept his machines and other machines in the other locations that were supposed to be "bad". Yes, we will find another location, but we will also verify with the store owner that the yields are low and the machine is going to be removed.

  6. I have a big locating job can you handle it.
Of course, we have handled large jobs. Some job orders are 200 locations a month for big time vending machine clients or even vending machine companies. Our company has more than 40 employees in-house and growing. Our turn around time is two weeks or less with 95% of the locations placed under 15 days.

  7. What do I do once I get my location?
Please call the location and make arrangements as soon as possible. People forget and 70% of them will "forget" if you will call them a week later. Agree on the best time to tour the location. Touring is important for the bigger machines such as soda and snack because finding space could be a challenge. Attempts to reach the location owner must be made as soon as possible, if you have problems reaching them let us know so we can do the callbacks for you and arrange a time for you to drop by.

  8. Should I work with a charity or have my machines endorsed by a charity.
Most of our clients work in conjunction with a charity. It keeps location owners in check from asking too much in commissions or any commissions at all. Having a charity endorsed machine always improves sales and profits.

  9. What charity should I work with?
It's a personal preference, which ever charity you would feel that would have the most appeal. There are a lot of charities out there the most common ones are Child Search- Missing kids, National Federation of the Blind, Children with Cancer etc. Please click on our charity list for more information

  10. Can I reject a location?
This is done on a case by case basis, with compelling reasons. We do not allow clients to "cherry pick" locations because we do put out a lot of work to get them and do not sell it to anyone else. However we are rather generous in getting a replacement location. We have a client who was concerned in servicing a machine because it's in a bad part of town. In that case we gave her a replacement location in a "safer area". The original location was good money-wise but the client said it would be dangerous for her to go there.

  11. Why do I have to give a deposit? What assurances do we have that you won't run away with my money?
We need the deposit to start working on your location job, it is also our assurance that we don't get any wishy washy requests for vending locations, and having the vending machine owner "change their mind about it". We had cases before that we got qualified vending locations and the client claimed they were no good, after numerous "rejections" we got suspicious and asked a friend in the area to check them out. Our friend was able to confirm that the "rejected" location is good because it has the client's machines in it! He confirmed the details down to the description of make of the machine and client's charity sticker. Luckily in the most part vending machine owners are fairly honest and we respect honest and even religious reasons why a location is no good. If a location does not work out this is supported by our 45 day guarantee. After we verify with the location owner we find a replacement location. We expect that this will happen at times and a replacement is normally done within a week from rejection. Before we locate the machines there is real work involved in getting the proper lead lists and researching the best possible locations for that zip code. To be fair for all our paying customers, and the efforts made by our dedicated vending staff, there is a deposit involved. We find people who are not willing to pay a deposit are the hardest to please, most difficult to collect. We welcome them to try out other location companies. We are a reputable company and do not have a single complaint against us not delivering what we promise. Our company does more than vending machine placements and handles large call center jobs for major US corporations. We will still be here to answer the phones and to do business; we are not an in-person locator who could be out of reach and out of touch by the end of the month. Would we destroy our reputation by cutting loose on a job for a few hundred bucks? I don't think so. It takes so much to build a solid reputation and we certainly won't trade it in for a couple hundred bucks. In this day and age we certainly would not want anyone bad mouthing our company online, it is plainly bad for business. A disgruntled customer hurts any business 10x more than a satisfied customer.
  12. Do you offer discounts for big orders?
